Karen Civil recently caught up with this year's XXL freshman Schoolboy Q to discuss his upcoming Oxymoron album, TDE (Top Dawg Ent.), tours, drug habits, future acting gigs, and old tweets among other topics.
While interviewing, fellow rap amigo of Q's Action Bronson catches some friendly disses and fat jokes too!
Although Action Bronson is one of Q's favorite peeps, that doesn't make up for the fact that Q still considers him "fat" and "ugly"; nice terms of endearment!
Along with rapping (and a tour after the album's release), Q says he's taking up acting!?
More $. Go for it. Bada-bing, bada-boom.
But in all seriousness, the upcoming album Oxymoron is due in due time. As Q puts it, the album "speaks for the people" and is about life (past, present, and future,) his daughter and struggles, admitting that it took him three different versions to finish his project. And third time's the charm.
