Amanda Bynes' run-in with NYPD, video of starlet being released from jail for marijuana possession!

The internet and blog mediums have been zeroing-in on former Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes' belligerent mannerisms in the past few months; a new set of cheeky dimple piercings, recent Twitter rants about Degrassi actor turned Young Money rapper Drake, and a string of personal oddities have all been more than alluring to the media. In a culminating twist of events, Bynes was buzz-ted late Thursday night on marijuana, reckless endangerment, and tampering with evidence charges, and then transported from her Manhattan apartment to a psychiatric hospital to be mentally evaluated! 

The silence is deafening! And that's just a testament to the eeriness of a recent video clip of Bynes being held in police captivity. The actress is seen handcuffed by the NYPD, sporting a scraggly blonde wig that covers her eyes and face. 

Given her recent belligerence and Twitter postings, it's a surprise that the Drake-obsessed fan girl keeps quiet in this clip. Then again, there's probably not much to say when you've been caught throwing a bong out of your 36th floor apartment window, -by the police!

Perez Hilton suggested that the bong may have contained "cr@ck," but neighbors instead believed Amanda to be smoking marijuana.
